Location is key in Hakuba. We are in Echoland (middle of the village) and 500 meters from shops, cafes, restaurants and other transport options. Free resort bus shuttle stops are 200 meters away. Closest ski lift is 1km away and within 20 mins car ride from the lodge you can access most resorts.

Our updated Cancellation Policy is as follows:
No deposit is required when making a booking greater than 90 days from arrival.
Between 90 and 60 days before arrival date a deposit of 30% of the total reservation will be charged. This is fully refundable should you cancel greater than 60 days before arrival. After this time its not refundable.
Between 60 days and 30 days before the arrival date the balance of the amount owing will be charged and no refund will be given 30 days or less from the date of arrival.
Reservations are not confirmed until paid and will have a pending status. Guests can pay in full at any time to ensure their reservation is confirmed.
